about me
I graduated in 2007 in Turin Medical School and trained as family physician in 2008-2011; I worked as general practitioner and family doctor from 2014-2018, in the meanwhile I attended traditional medicine and PNEI courses and practiced meditation and other awareness techniques. I hold a certification from a private Master in Neuropsychosomatic medicine and I am finishing a training in Bioregulatory systems medicine; I am also practicing sciamanic field and studying it.
I now work as private practitioner giving online consultations also. |
My health care practice is toward all dimensions of human being: physical, emotional, mental, relational, spiritual and enviromental through different activities:

integrative medicine and pnei
Integrative Medicine (IM) is healing-oriented medicine that takes account of the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle and psychosomatic dimensions: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and enviromental. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies such as Complementary and Alternative Medicines from ancient and modern traditions.
PsychoNeuroEndocrineImmunology (PNEI) is the study of the relationships among the major control systems of the human network: the nervous, the endocrine and the immune systems, between them and mind (emotional and cognitive functions) and the related aspects of consciousness.

Homotoxycology is a form of therapy that uses homoeopathically diluted remedies from mineral, vegetal and animal fields; according to the concepts of homotoxicology, human disease is the result of toxins which originate either from overproduction within the body, or from the environment in which we are exposed. Diseases are viewed as biologically useful defence mechanisms, and symptoms are seen as the expression of the body attempting to self-regulate and heal itself, but over time, toxins accumulate and damage various organ, metabolic, immune and other systems and pathways. In order to support elimination of these homotoxins, complex homeopathic medicines were developed.
The strategies used in the treatment of disease based on the principles of homotoxicology are essentially threefold:
Herbal medicine and Phytotherapy use plants to treat disease and enhance general health and wellbeing. It has its origins in ancient cultures. Phytotherapies may affect body’s physiology in different ways impacting brain and tissues chemistry. Like other prescription medications, herbal medicine should always be prescribed by a qualified and registered practitioner as it can be toxic, have negative side effects and interact with medications and food.
Low dose medicine was born from the convergence between molecular biology studies (MB) and psycho-neuro-endocrine-immunology (P.N.E.I.) using a significant number of molecules defined by the collective name of signaling (or messenger) molecules, which can drive both intra- and extracellular signaling pathways. These molecules include neuropeptides, hormones, and cytokines, along with growth factors, and are fundamental regulatory molecules for cellular and tissue functions; in physiological low doses they are therapeutic tools orally administered thanks to application of SKA technology (Sequential Kinetic Activation), an innovative drug delivery system based on the principle of release activity (the capability of the basic substance to release its pharmacological activity in the water milieu) that allows the sub-nanomolar concentrations to be active even below the actually considered minimum effective dose with therapeutic results comparable to those induced by high concentrations without adverse effects.
Bioregulatory system medicine is rooted in the idea that a more robust and effective solution for disease complexity should optimize an individual's homeostatic systems and their interactions across all levels of biological organization. It emphasizes the restoration of individual autoregulation capacity as the potent therapeutic approach. Bioregulatory systems medicine encompasses a systems biology perspective of interactions within and across multiple levels of biological organization. From the molecular to cellular to organ to whole organism network, the BrSM model acknowledges that human health and disease are driven by the regulatory information flow that propagates throughout this global autoregulatory network. Disease occurs when an individual's autoregulatory abilities are compromised. We encounter this scenario when accumulated stresses overpower the autoregulatory abilities, thereby impinging tissue robustness. These persistent perturbations can manifest as disease over time.
Mind-body medicine includes a variety of practices and therapies using the mind/brain-body bidirectional connections to support healing process. They can elicit primarily top-down mechanisms, those initiated via mental processing ( for example cognitive therapies, hypnosis, imagery, or meditation), or mainly bottom-up mechanisms initiated by stimulation of various somato-, viscero-, and chemo-sensory receptors that influence central neural processing and mental activities via ascending pathways (for example yoga, Feldenkrais, Shiatsu, Tai Chi, body relaxation) but usually Mind-body therapies actually involve a combination of both top-down and bottom-up mechanisms.
Awarness techniques and Mindfulness-base interventions in a healthcare setting are usuful clinical tools acting through: perceptual re-distancing leading to increased tolerance and acceptance of somatic pain and/or maladaptive cognitive or emotional processes, greater exposure to thoughts and feelings leading to reduced fear/anxiety responses, greater self-awareness and self-motivation leading to improved psychosocial coping strategies, reduced autonomic arousal leading to greater levels of relaxation, and modification of immune and neuroendocrine system biological pathways; nontheless the term mindfulness, derived from Buddhism practice of Sati, is often interpreted differently than what was originally formulated by the Buddha. In the context of Buddhism Mindfulness means to remember to observe how mind's attention moves from one thing to another. The practice of mindfulness can be utilized to gradually develop self-knowledge and wisdom, understanding what the "present moment" is, how various thoughts, etc., arise following input from the senses, the conditioned nature of thoughts, and other realizations such as gaining deep insight into all phenomena seeing things as they are, free from delusions of sensory limitations.
Neuropsychosomatic therapy uses many different tools to release and cure physical-emotional-mental and spiritual blocks in order to armonize individual's dimensions and restore spontaneous flow of energy; the re-balanced organism's networks can now function at the best and the patient can again feel the pleasure of life. Some of the techniques are based on traditional ancient energy movement practices, breathing, meditation, emotional release and others.
Anti-inflammatory diet and plant-based nutrition are prescribed sometimes, as they both are part of an healthy life-style medicine helping the psychosomatic networks to fulfill global health.

- Prevention of further homotoxicological challenges
- Elimination of homotoxins
- Regulation of tissue negatively affected by homotoxins
